Here we go:

...I purchased this item through the commercial on t.v. I love it. When I discovered that amazon sold the 5 16oz. bottles for the money I purchased two. My hair looks wonderful and the color has lasted for a month longer than usual. My husband first joked about me using it until this morning when I caught him "pumping on the product" I will never use regular shampoo again... - Laura Davidson 5/5

...  I've been using Wen for over a year now and I love it! I am African-American with long hair that is chemically relaxed. I noticed a change in my hair as soon as I used Wen and my hair has only gotten better. It's softer, easier to comb out when wet and it doesn't shed as much as it did when I used regular shampoo. I do exactly as the instructions say and the results are great. I love Wen!... - shoppingbird 5/5

...Me hair is exremely unmanageable, thick, wavy, coarse, dry, you name an issue, my hair has it. For years I kept my head shaved, just so I wouldn't have to deal with it. I have to say after 2 weeks of using this, I am impressed. My hair is much more manageable, soft, and shiny. Not quite the miracle I expected, but it was a huge improvement. Makes a great leave in conditioner as well. My spouse is jealous because my wild unruly "crabman-like" hair is now curly and soft. I have also been accused of getting a perm by some... - G.Hernandez 4/5

...My brother and i bolth used it his hair looks great and feels clean. my hair on the other hand turns out oily like i havent washed it in a few days. I tried using less product and then more even rinsing my hair longer it still turned out oily. It works really well for my brother though. It just depends on the person. I wouldent recomend it for people with oily hair... - E.Cutler 2/5

...My biggest problem with the product is the time it takes to use. It states that you should apply ~30 pumps, leave on, splash water on your hair, massage into scalp, comb through then finally wash out. You can apply more then as a leave in conditioner. If this was a once a month thing then fine but to do this everytime you wash your hair is ridiculous.

Second when I rinsed by hair after letting it sit about 10 minutes my hair felt coarse, not silky as promised. Only when I used some as a leave in conditioner did it feel silky and I could comb out my hair.

Interestingly as some other people have commented, I too, did not have oily hair with this product the following day, but the 2nd day I was definitely in need of another wash. I began to get tired of the whole routine so I would wash my hair with another shampoo then just use this as a conditioner. It's really nothing special though... - L.Flint 2/5

...At first I did not like it because my hair was so soft I couldn't even get it in a ponytail. In addition my naturally wavy hair seemed a bit flat. However, as I continued to use wen and tweaked the amount I used and how I used the styling cream, now I really like it. It works great if you blowdry everyday, but I only blowdry maybe once a week. I like that I can now wash my hair everyday and it won't look like straw. If it starts to look oily at the scalp, I use extra pumps there. But I have hair past my shoulders and I use 4 pumps per section, plus a couple extra at the scalp if needed. I think everyone has to figure out what number of pumps works for them. Now, the 16oz bottle is not gone yet, but I'm thinking it will last 6 weeks. I also use the styling cream which helps give my hair some of the waves back. I am now going to try the pomade next... - S.Webb 4/5

...The hair care process is a bit more time-consuming than I hoped for. You wet hair THOROUGHLY (1-2 minutes), lather 16-32+ pumps into hair (3-4 minutes), comb through (1 minute), leave it in for duration of shower (however long that means for you -- keep lathering throughout shower), rinse (1-2 minutes -- it's a lot of product to rinse out), apply leave-in conditioner and styling creme. You have to really focus on what you're doing with the Wen in you hair, so not only does that take more effort than regular shampooing and conditioner, but more time in the shower (which, for water conservers may be a big downside). The product is also thick enough to clog a weak drain, so be careful.

My last downside is that the 30-day or 90-day packages do not last that long. Following Chaz's instructions of using about 40 pumps every time I shower, my regimen lasted no more than 16 days. My advice is to use as LITTLE of it at a time as possible. He recommends the more the merrier; I say, use a moderate amount (at most 12 pumps for REALLY THICK hair in the shower) and cleanse more frequently than before.

Now for the results: it's pretty good. I'm a Polynesian woman living in tropical Hawaii with thick, curly hair. My only damage has come from one at-home relaxer years ago, pregnancy, and genetic hair loss. Curly hair like mine needs a lot of products to get it to listen to you. This one was no exception. For cleansing and making my hair feel soft and healthy, it did its job well; for making it LOOK soft and healthy and bouncy and curly, it needed some help. But I'm having a hard time going back to mousse and gel since using this... - E.Langi 3/5

...been using the WEN haircare system for about 6 months and i totally love it! My hair has never been softer or healthier, and my scalm which used to always be itchy and flaky is the healthiest its EVER been. HOWEVER, I bought it after watching the infomercial and have been truly diasmayed by the sales tactics used by Gunthy-Renker. First it bas back ordered so they charged me and made me wait weeks to receive any product, then they auto ship the product and include way more than I could use. The billing is confusing and you have to pay return shipping on products that you don't want. I will coninue to use the cleansing conditioner, but I have no use for the styling cream and have 3 tubs of the "remoist hair treatment" Try this product, it does work. But order off a sight like Amazon... - R.Rivera 5/5

...My hair is shoulder length, fine and wavy, prone to frizzies. The first time I tried it, like many others, it left my hair greasy and weighed down. I put it away for a few months, then decided to try again. I ended up with the same results. I thought I was using the product correctly after watching the models use it on QVC. I haven't seen the infomercial. I usually wash my hair every day and decided to try it yet again on day two of not washing my hair and post workout. This time I ran my hair under water for about a minute to make sure it was good and wet. I used about 20 pumps of Wen, then I scrubbed it into my scalp like I would a normal shampoo and added a little more water as I scrubbed. I left it in my hair for about 3 or 4 minutes then rinsed like crazy. I'm talking scrubbing your scalp like you are shampooing and letting it run under the water for a good two minutes. Then I put in one pump of Wen as a leave in conditioner starting on super wet hair and beginning at the ends and back of my hair. Now I am loving Wen. I have been using it for a week now and it just keeps getting better. My hair is soft, shiny, and a lot less frizzy. Looking forward to coloring my hair and seeing if it helps with color retention. I believe a lot of negative reviews are coming from people like me who were not using the product properly. I blame this on the demonstrations given on TV. They show the girls gently sliding it through their hair and then combing it through. This will not work! For those of you that gave up, try again. It might not work for everyone, but at least make sure before you toss it... - Amy B. Lucero 5/5

...Love this product. My hair had become very dry (due to grey hair and hair coloring). After the very first use, it was shiny and alive again... - D.D. 5/5

...I was extremely skeptical of this product while watching the infomercial. I was sucked in by the first 5 minutes. I watched the infomercial twice more and decided to give it a shot. It worked fantastic on my thick, coarse, slightly wavy hair. It left my hair clean, shiny, and manageable. I didn't even have to use styling products... - Dale Joiner 5/5

...First off, don't be put off or alarmed by the amount they recommend you use. As another reviewer said, you can tailor the amount to your own needs, but anything more than 10 pumps is ridiculous, and probably just a sleazy sales tactic on the part of the manufacturer. I have fairly short hair, but I get great results with only 6 or 7 pumps. I love to use it when I'm just washing my hair before work; it saves me the extra step of having to condition after washing. It leaves my fine, straight hair really clean-feeling, soft and smelling great, with just enough body.
I've also tried the Tea Tree. Although it's recommended by Wen for use on thick or coarse hair, I find that it works just as well as the Almond Mint on my hair. I'm just not too crazy about the medicinal smell... - annielaurie 5/5
